Your bathroom should be a comfortable place to start the day. If you dread the outdated fixtures and cramped counter space every morning, BLC Construction & Home Repair can help. We provide comprehensive bathroom remodeling in Fairview, Dickson, Waverly, Charlotte and Bon Aqua, TN, from a few new features to a full gut and rebuild.
One of our recent clients had both vanities replaced, a toilet repaired and a roof leak that came through the ceiling fixed — all in a single day. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Waterproofing is the part you never see
The single most common failure we are called to repair is a tile shower that was never waterproofed correctly. Tile and grout are not waterproof on their own. We build showers with a proper sloped pan, bonded waterproof membrane and sealed corners before a single tile goes up — because a shower that leaks into the subfloor costs several times what it cost to build.
Small bathrooms, smart moves
In older Middle Tennessee homes, hall bathrooms are tight. Swapping a swinging door for a pocket door, replacing a bulky vanity with a wall-hung unit, running tile to the ceiling and adding a recessed niche all buy usable space without moving a wall.
If you are planning to age in place, tell us early. Curbless showers, blocking behind the walls for future grab bars and comfort-height toilets cost very little to include during a remodel and a great deal to add later.
