Faded parking lines are a liability you can fix in an afternoon. When drivers cannot tell where a stall starts, they park crooked, block aisles and take the accessible spaces closest to the door. After a fresh sealcoat or on its own, crisp new striping fixes all of that and instantly makes a property look maintained.
BLC Construction & Home Repair restripes and lays out new parking lots throughout Fairview, Dickson, Waverly, Charlotte and Bon Aqua, TN — straight lines, consistent widths, ADA-compliant accessible stalls, fire lanes, crosswalks and directional arrows.
What's included
Restriping
Going back over existing lines to refresh faded paint without a full re-layout.
New layout
Full lot design from scratch — stall count, aisle width and flow optimized for your space.
ADA stalls
Accessible spaces striped to current dimensions with access aisles and signage.
Fire lanes
Red curbs and 'No Parking — Fire Lane' markings where the fire code requires them.
Crosswalks & arrows
Stop bars, crosswalk hatching and directional arrows for safe traffic flow.
Stenciling
Reserved, visitor, numbered and custom stenciled markings.
ADA compliance is not optional
The number and width of accessible stalls a lot must have is set by the ADA based on total stall count, and the access aisle has to be striped — not just signed. A lot that looks fine but was striped to an old standard can still fail an inspection. We lay out accessible stalls to current dimensions and can audit your existing layout before we paint.
Paint that lasts
We use traffic-grade waterborne and solvent paints rated for Tennessee heat and UV. On freshly sealcoated lots we stripe after the cure so the paint bonds to the sealer, not to old oxidation. Lines go down straight, consistent and crisp because we lay out and chalk every line before a drop of paint hits the surface.
Need it done without shutting the lot down? We phase commercial restriping in sections and schedule around your peak hours.

Parking Lot Striping FAQs
Can you stripe right after sealcoating?
Yes — after the sealcoat cures (usually 24–48 hours), striping bonds cleanly to the fresh surface. We schedule them together to save a trip.
How long until the paint is dry?
Traffic-grade paint is typically dry to traffic in 30–60 minutes depending on temperature and humidity.
Do you handle ADA compliance and fire lanes?
Yes. We stripe accessible stalls, access aisles, fire lanes and crosswalks to current code and can review your layout for compliance.
